Jeff wilkinson, owner scamming on orders and refunds even after being reported to bbb—does not reply to e-mails

Ordered a mural in Feb. 2010 and never received, after numerous e-mails and phone calls with no response, I reported this company to the BBB, (who they are not accrediated with, but do have 44 complaints on file with them.) In August Jeff Wilkinson sent an e-mail through the BBB, stating that he would refund my money, I have yet to receive my refund. I have since sent several e-mails and refiled the complaint with the BBB. Mr. Wilkinson nor any of his employees have yet to respond to my e-mails or phone calls. Beware of this company, they cannot be trusted!!
