Took my money but did not delive

I bought a handbag & paid $197 plus conversion fees from this website on 12th dec. Its now 30th nov & I still have not received it. I sent around 20 email to the service email on their site as well as tried to leave an enquiry message on the site in the "comments" section however that conveiniently did not work.
I finally received an email from a "john smith" on the 17th nov asking for my order number. I advised him I had not received an order number as he could see below because I had attached the "payment received" email they originally sent me to it. I still have not received a reply from that email. I have again sent another email enquiring about it, still no reply.
Looks like they have taken my money with no intent to give me my puchase. I do not want others purchasing from this site & losing their money as well especially seeing some of the items are quite pricey on their site.
