I placed four items on order on this website a month and a half ago. I did not receive an email with an order number, and confirming that they had received the payment. I tried calling the contact number they provide on the website, and it does not take me through to the company, but to what it seems a private household. I have also tried requesting my password to be reset multiple times and have not received an email with a new password. I also sent an email stating that I had not received any information on my order and have not yet received a reply.
