Gift card with $0 balance after it was purchased for $50.00 - gift card

Ref.#101228-001679 On 12/17, I purchased a gift card at Richland Mall store# 30330, on 12/17/10, sent to my granddaughter in Wa. State, when she went to use it there was $0 balance, and the store in Tacoma store #30374, kept the gift card. Our granddaughter has not received her Christmas gift from us. I have left messages with Jessica for Ashley at 866-426-1285, on 01/04 and 01/07 with no response to date. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible or we will be forced to go public this this problem nd maybe that will get this issue resolved.
