Horrible customer service

I would like to complain about how utterly upset I am with the customer service of the manager at the Hollister in the Tucson Mall. I had received multiple $25 gift cards from friends and family to use at the store. When I tried to use them for my purchase, he would not allow me to use more than one per transaction. Since when was this the case??? He was rude, pushy, and unable to give me any really explanation to my questioning as to why.instead, he wasted nearly an hour of my time by stalling and telling me to come back another time when he's not working because he simply won't let me use more than that one gift card. After arguing with him as to why I should have to pay more out of pocket than simply using all my gift cards first and then paying any remaining balance, I decided to cancel the entire transaction. Already frustrated as I was, to màke matters worse, this manager told me that I didn't have anymore funds left on my gift card because he ran it already, even though I had asked him to cancel it before the purchase was completed. I have never heard of such ridiculousness before. Hollister will definitely be loosing customers if they keep up such horrible customer service.
