Deceptive poor service well you didn't read the tiny fine print mentality

I would like to complain about the deceptive practices of t mobile cell phones. I cancelled my plan within the 14 days because of excessive drop calls and calls fading in and out then dropping. I was told that I could cancel the phone then return the phone to the store after I cancelled over the phone.

T Mobile agreed to wave the 200.00 fee for cancelling but said the authorized representative could still bill me 300.00 for their termination fees. They said I should have known there was 2 termination fees, one for the authorized rep of 300.00 and one for T mobile of 200.00. I don't think people realize there is different termination fees they could be charged for.

When I went to the store to return the phone they wouldn't take it back and said if I cancelled the contract they could still charge me the 300.00. While standing there a new customer came up and asked what their termination fee was and the rep said 150.00 not knowing that I was there talking to the manager about my fees. I feel they will do anything to sell a phone.

They even told me the poor service was because of problems with the towers and it will be fixed, I feel now that they lied just to get me to keep the phone. They extended my remorse period and sent me a new phone, then when I still had poor service and tried to cancel they said I would still have to pay the 300.00. Which is almost as much to just keep the cell phone for a year of service. There reps didn't listen when I tried to explain all the problems only kept placating me and telling me how wrong I was to not have known about all the different contracts and 2 termination fees, telling me you should have read the contract, didn't you read the contract, So buyers beware of the representatives fees, the companies fee T mobile, poor service, condesending attitudes of the customer reps,

I do plan on going to the mall and complaining whenever I have problems and when it is busy so people will be aware of what they are doing, I have already called the company alot and complained costing the company money by taking up the time of the reps, so if they don't refund me I plan on making this company pay by explaining my problem until they listen or until I feel better which might cost them more then the 500.
