Always helping people, llc lucas showed up at my door selling magazines, supposedly part of the money would go to funding his out of country college fund. I ordered magazines and they have still not come

I was approached on march 21 by a lucas powers. He was supposedly selling magazines for the always helping people company. Part of the money he made for them was to help fund his foreign country studies. The magazines were supposed to be start coming in 6-8 weeks. Well it has been 2 years and I still haven't recieved them. Then I recently got a call from the magazine company themselves and they wanted to renew my subscription. A subscription I was originally told they didn't get from always helping people. And the magazine company said they have never heard of always helping people. So I told them I was not renewing something I had not gotten to begin with.
