I took my 79 stratocaster to kitchener waterloo guitar repair for a refret. It was going to take one week. Called in a week it not finished. It was going to take another week. Call a week later still not done, family emergency. He needs more time again. One week is turning into three and he only has 11 frets out at this point. I finally had enough and decide to get it back. He says he has a full day of work in it so far. Got overcharged for the little work he do. Ended up taking it to a pro to get it finished.in the end it cost me more to have it done plus he totally wasted my time. Don't be fooled by the website it's the only professional thing about kitchener waterloo guitar repair. I made it clear it was the worst experience i had with a guitar shop. He even has a pic of my strat in his add on kijiji. I would never recommend him to anyone. My guitar in his add makes it look like i'm a happy customer.
