Concord, NH False Advertising/No response from corporate office after leaving message

Advertising Sign over Docker brand luggage 'Fantastic Sale', Docker Costal Luggage, 18" - $29.99,21" - $49.99, etc. With the Docker display there were no 18", 21", etc. So I choose the closest size to 18"... A Docker, 20" for $59.99. Took it to checkout to verify if this was the substitute as there were no other Docker luggage in/around the SALE sign and especially any marked 18". After one hour of clerks, managers, checking display, checking storage and calls to other Burlington stores - no such thing as Docker Costal luggage in any store.

The sign was removed immediately and they wouldn't give me the luggage for $29.99 as substitute for their FALSE ADVERTISMENT.

I called the corporate office and talked with Phyllis in Consumer Service, who was willing to take $15 off, but would not substitute it for the $29.99 advertised luggage. I asked to speak with her boss and was transferred to an answering machine that stated "away from my desk... Will get back to you within 24 hours". That was Saturday now its Monday night and no response. I'm not impressed.
