Hired me to be an Outside Support Representative

After not finding any report with this company name in it, I decided to trust these people and became their "Outside Suport Representative" They had people in Europe buying US merchandise and they were sent to my house (all legal). I opened every single package and checked the invoice. Everything paid for.
During the day I would receive an USPS label (also paid for) and my job was to afix it to the box, sometimes merging two packages into one and take it to the postal office, where the employees would check weight and value of the box.
It all went ok until the moment they had to pay for my first two weeks, they said a check was on its way but it never found my address.
So this is the scheme: they find people who need the money, have them work (for free) two weeks and then dissapeared.
Their phone is some sort of IP phone (MagicJack, Skype, etc.
