I settled through my banking account on 8/31 $10.00 which removed my bill on 9/1. Later I acquired a statement saying I'd visit selections easily do not spend $11.66, and so I settled through their site on 10/5 granted I believed it was another statement not recognizing it had been exactly the same statement and today we paid twice. I named on 10/5 to confirm and advised them that I already paid for this original charge and it cleared and they stated they would do a Payment Investigation and it would take 3-5 business days for someone to call me regarding this problem. I never got a phone and thus I named again on 10/15 I described I Have been waiting to discover what's happening with my case. I was informed it requires 7-10 times for this to be achieved, but still nothing concerning the standing of my situation. I called again 10/29 to become informed today they require a duplicate of the check the financial institution delivered or bank transmittal statement. Therefore we delivered that towards the fax team at 800.393.4318. I still did not notice something etc 11/5 I named all over again. Detailing I actually donot have time for you to contact each week to discover wherever so when my cash can get returned, it's been more than 30 times because it's all began "the analysis" that they place an email set for anyone to contact me to get a follow-up even today I've not noticed something. I can not think it requires this lengthy to obtain my overpayment back.
