Unethical business practice

I'd a Menards card (nearby home-improvement organization) till today, I simply ended it. This type of person SCUM.

I'd two campaigns choosing Menards, one due January 10 one due March 21. I'd created two little costs on my card and forgot about them. Once they approached me I instantly settled the costs by our bill payer (September).

In October I settled the marketing due in January entirely.

Today I opened my statement and also the campaigns were ended and back costs, costs and curiosity were included. I named them-and was informed that due to "the presidents" new regulation these were permitted to contact us by publishing within forty five times to provide easily did not react they might do that.

I've never noticed any paperwork they sent me. They say it had been delivered.

I paid my card entirely today and informed the boss that they're the main reason the regulation was passed. I am also writting to Menards.
