Hurley State Bank and Care Credit
Hurley State Bank Refused my Reasonable Offer. They Want Blood Money!

My 8 lb. Mini dachshund ate a plum pit whilw we were out walking, which blocked her lower colon. She almost died..
On the first Day I took her to Pets Unlimited on Fillmore St in San Francisco, I was told to give her Pepcid. I could see by the following day that she was seriously ill and dying. I rushed her back to Pets Unlimited, where they gave her barrium [finally] and they identified a blockage. Daisy was admitted and I was given some papers to sign. I was sedated and hysterical, since they were telling me my dog might not survive surgery..

By the grace of God, no surgery had to be performed and the next morning Daisy passed the plum pit. That's when my peoblems really began. I had signed a loan from Hurley State Bank, aka
"Care Credit" for the amount of $863.00.. And they were charging me 27% interest!

I've told the people at Hurley and, as I like to call them, "Couldn't Care Less Credit" that my dog was dying when I signed the financing papers, that I didn't know I was signing a document from an agency outside of "Pets Unlimited"
and that 27% interest was unacceptable to me. As in.."I wasn't buying a car or luxury item, my animal was dying" and I'v offered to pay them in full with 12% interest..

They continually agreed with me. Said that a manager would call me and kept raising the late payments. I was never able to reach anyone other than a collecter, who agreed and did nothing except raise the late payment. They just turned my account over to another collection agency. On the same day that I told FIVE of thier agents that if they would dismiss the late fees and reduce the interest to 12% I would pay them in full..
