Ripoff Lies - Took my money

I had signed up with a contract with dish... My bill has been late twice since I have been a customer. But always played as soon as I realized the bill was late. The last time I thought the payment had been sent out. The day they disconnected me I called to see what was wrong and what I could do to solve the problem. I was told to make my payment and $25 reconnection no probe...

Called a few days later to pay and a very rude rep spayed I had to pay almost $400 turn my stuff in then try to get service again. So I asked for a manager got Kevin. Spoke with him,
he said no that's not right pay 156.06 and $25 and you will be good to go. Asked for his direct line to call him back and he gave it to me. Called back like 2 days later on a Thursday to make payment. No answer. Left message.

Gave him a day he never call back so I went ahead and
called the 800 numbers Monday and made the payment anyway. Went to check my account afterwards. They had taken $398 out of my account over the weekend without warning and with out asking, did not mention when I made the payment. So I called to speak with another manager. Rep said I could not so I asked for the highest person he could get me in contact with. Said he could not give out that info. So I did some research and found
the headquarters. Charles Jones the first exec I talked to was more than happy to help. He was going to refund the $398 and give me three months for free for the hassle. Meanwhile my account goes under $0 and some checks bounce. Once again Charles said no probe we will take care of nest fees...

Over the next few days Dish network proceeded in withdrawing another $240 in scattered charges some as little as $2 to my
account. I call again this time I spoke with Geraldine Cavalier again she said she apologized and did not know why the system kept charging me. Said after charges were taken care of she'd see what she could do to smooth things over. So they refund most of the money leaving about $25 they owed me.

I then called to let them know was passed yet another person
named Amber lee. Now she is saying they are not going to cover all the nest fees even though my account would not have bounced if they had not taking the money out. She said was not here fault and she would not honor the 3 months no charge and said they were going to deduct more money from my account then ran me around till I got dizzy. Someone please help
I just don't know what else to do.
