Emergency Dental Credit Led to 28% Interest and Collection Calls

Got an emergency credit from co CareCredit sponsored by Hurley State Bank for dental work for 2,500 credit limit.

Did not receive statements on time and was bombarded with 28% interest tried to talk to some one all were very nasty and uncaring. The account was turned over to collection agency by the name of Encore they say I owe 5,000. Now when the card I had was only 2,500 I have tried to talk to them but they call my house 247 and threaten today was the worst I have heard from this company

After 9/11 and being so close to ground zero you would think that there is one human with a soul that would take the time to speak with some respect to the people they call and threaten every day they don't even care if we lost loved ones. To say I have been ripped off is the truth 2,500 late charge is outrageous no one will correct this error this bank should call themselves legal loansharks.
