Poor customer service in replacing broken pieces Waco

We bought a dining room set about 2 mos. Ago and picked it up ourselves. When we got the table opened, the top of the table was separated and several pieces of wood were chipped off at the corners. So we called them and drove all the way back (30 miles each way) to exchange the table. We opened all of the chairs first to make sure there was no damage to them. We didn't see any. Then we went to put the chairs together and noticed one of the legs was cracked from top to bottom. It looked like it had already been glued back together once. So instead of driving another 60 miles to get a new chair, I simply called customer service to see if they could just send me a new leg. They agreed and said they would have a new leg sent directly to our house and to let them know if we need help installing it. Well about a month later, I still had no leg, so I called customer service to find out when I can expect that leg. After sitting on hold for about 15 minutes, the guy asks for me my phone number and informs me that he will call me back in a few minutes. Well, 10 days later I still have not heard from them. I call back only to be informed that there is no information on file of me ever talking to anyone about this (which also obviously means there is no part on the way). So now they tell me they will send a repair man out to see if the part can be repaired. It is a wooden leg that is cracked! How can that be repaired? I bought NEW furniture I don't want a glued back together piece! So after all of this I still have a chair with only 3 legs, which once again, they say they will send us a new leg. We will see if that happens. I am sure they didn't log this call either. And they have nothing else to offer us, but more bad service. I will never shop with this company again!!
