Sold me defective merchandise

!!! Do not buy anything from these guys!!! I wish I had seen the other complaints before we purchased our furniture.

We purchased a table and chairs along with a sofa and loveseat from the salesman Mike Violi. The table arrived a few days later. The delivery people just set it in the kitchen. The legs were all loose. One chair had sticky stuff from the label still on it. Which they did not remove. Two weeks later one chair cracked. Then another cracked underneath. Then one leg had a defective screw so we could not tighten it. They sent some repair guy out. He tightened the legs of the chairs, replaced the broken leg but could not repair the one with the broken seat. He had to go see if they had the part in stock. Two days later he returned to repair the chair. Now we are having to have another visit from the repair guy because yet another chair cracked.

The sofa and loveseat arrived five weeks later. There were two missing throw pillows which the delivery guys noted on the slip and told us to call the Macomb Township store. We did and were told by Mike that the pillows would take yet another six weeks to get here. Well here we are ten weeks later and the pillows are no where to be seen.

The sofa also had a cushion that was damaged. We called and the service guy came out. He told us he would order another cushion and it would be here in four weeks. We are now in the seventh week and still no cushion.

We have put in numerous calls to the store. Every time they act as if they are unaware of the issue. When they finally realize the problems, they give their standard answer, " It will be here next week." Two days ago, I asked to speak to the manager. "He is with a customer. I will have him call you back." I have yet to receive that call.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Learn from my mistake. The deals they offer will cost you in the long run. Eventually if enough people stop buying from them, the will go out of business.
