Broken Dining Chair poorly made they tried to fix it with glue never sent replacement leg

I bought a very heavy glass table and chairs in teh Summer of 2003. The top of one of the legs on one chair cracked soon after. The guy at the store glued it for free but that is not a safe repair. I since called and they said they'd send a replacement leg but it has been over two months and they have not sent it. Cheaply made set from China.
