Deceptive advertising, no results given

Company advertises "no result, no pay. It does not state that there in formation is limited until you pay and file a complaint. My sole purpose was to find marriage and divorce information and i got no results. I was told that if it was in another state they would not have the info. There is nothing stating that plus i live in the town i was married and divorced.
This is deceptive advertising and a ripoff
