I tried getting a refund with there online 'live chat service" but they totally refuse. I found a problem with the "www.swipeauctions.com" site, in order to get a refund. The company states, people will get a refund as long as you bid and use up your original bids. Well I bid and at the end of the (300 bids)."Swipeauctions" gave an offer to buy another $249.00 worth of bids. And this counts as winning an auction. This is a dirty trick to play on people, what this does is cancel there "Money back guarantee". Very dissatisfied with this company.
