BuyLow Auctions Ask me join their auctions member without notice me there will be $159.00 charge in advance

Being asked to join auctions membership wihtout notice that there will be an advance credit card charge of $159.99 before join as member, only allowed to see how it work must be join first. After joined then buylowauction.com tell me that there be $159.00 charge to my credit card and can not be refundable, i request to cancel membership right the way, but not allowed or will be charged $106.00 for cancelling my membership right after i join immediately. Seems like they are violated my consumer right. And their terms of services stated " you may register only once using your postal address. You may not register using a po box. Additionally " while my credit card billing address is using p.O. Box and never filled in any physical postal address, so my account should be be accept but they still charged my credit card and refused to cancel.
