Unauthorized debit withdrawl

I called to check balence on my debit card and there was a withdrawl for the amount of $39.95. When I called the bank they told me what it was for.

It came up under askcs. I do not have any idea who these people are. The bank gave me an 866 number to call.

When I called it they said hold for representative then it goes right to a voice mail. They give a web site.

I went to the web site and it came up as ripoff report.

I never gave anyone online to take money from my account. I did report it to my bank.
