I ordered a quantity of 3-3paks of Frontline at a cost of approx. $117.00 on 10/11/10. They shipped part of the product by 10/16/10 but not the most expensive (approx $50) for our largest dog. I have called (voice mail only-no one ever answers) left numerous messages and emailed. They told me on 10/16, they would ship the remainder priority and I should have it in a few days. Still no product and its 10/26/10. I have always used another company for ordering pet meds and never had any problems at all. I got an email from this company offering 20% off so I used them. Never again. Is there someplace else I can contact? I am on social security with a disabled adult daughter I care for and I cannot afford this.
