Terrible Company - Heated Mattress Pad

Ordered heated mattress pad. Control was numbered 1thruHI (approx 10) Had it on once to try. On HI for 3 hrs. Very little heat in center of pad only. Called company and was told to call mfg. For authorization to return. Did so and read off serial model # of pad/controller. Was told # of controller was incorrect cord for that pad. Authorized return by UPS. When it was received by the company I called for my refund. Received refund w/$30 deducted for "re-stocking fee" due to Health Laws of United States. Also due to the fact that they say their Quality Control Div. Said pad worked fine and is only supposed to heat in center, not sides. Ridiculous! I will NEVER order anything from this company or anyone having anything to do w/them. I will tell all friends & relatives to avoid them like the plague and I emailed their customer service to let them know this. "Buyer Beware" never fit better than w/this company!
