I ordered a controller for my son on December 23. We still haven't received the order. They will not answer their phone or emails. I contacted them through Facebook. They posted a picture of the controller, which was nothing like what I ordered. They are not offering to make it right and cannot give me an answer on when it will ship. I no longer want the controller, I want a refund.
