DPI real phone service real fast was told my bill would be 31.95 a month, tax encluded, got bill, it was 54.10

Was told that this company was good by LocalNet.com, and was for people that were diabled so that they could have cheap phone service. Yeah right. They told me my bill would be 31.94 a month tax included. Took them 5 days but finally got phone service. Then week later ecived bill for 54.10. I called them and told them to disconnect, they told me they would but asked why. I told them they said my bill would be one thing, but it was higher. They told me there people told me the wrong thing. Aked me when i was going to send the 54.10, i told them i was going to send them the 31.94, but that was all. I informed them that i had the message taped where i was quoted a price, they told me i could not do that. I told them that companys do it to people all the time to get them into a contract, and that i had that right if they did. My phone was diconnected that day. I sent in the 31.94. And they sent me a bill for the rest. I called and told them they would not be getting anymore from me. They hung up on me.
