Bullies Employees

After 1 week of employment I was told to FU, FO, screw you, middle fingered, called every foul name possible, pinched to get my attention — leaving bruises, poked with fingernails, vehicle alarm triggered on several and repeated occasions, death threats, inappropriate questioning with regard to my personal life and private property, blamed for mistakes of my predecessor, and found myself making mistakes b/c due to the bullying tactics of my coworkers. I was also blamed for another individual's mistakes and called a whore and slut. The senior partner attorney I worked for made inappropriate remarks and said he did not feel that I felt comfortable in my own skin. My predecessor would raise her hand with palm toward me as if to slap me, sometimes she would swing and then stop. I complained not once, not twice, not thrice, but exactly 4 times and each request was met with a "some people are more colorful than others" or a shrug. I lived in constant fear and hid twice in the stairwell or went to another floor to eat lunch to escape the foul language, sarcasm, and threats. I went to the police and they advised me to leave that firm for my own safety and encouraged filing reports and requesting temporary restraining orders. I was stubborn and wanted to prove myself. Most importantly, I did not want to lose my job in the middle of a recession. I do have metadata and proof that I did contact the police in the event I would like to continue with filing assault charges. I am still w/in the statute of limitations. One very large woman who would constantly call her teenage son an SOB in its entirety, given she was his mother, what a horrible thing to say. She would bully me into giving her money for the vending machine. I always refused and the abuse would escalate. This woman was as large as a cow and would freak out when it rained and would either be late or leave early during a rain shower. Three women would constantly ask personal questions that were of no concern and irrelevant to the work environment. They made suggestions to damage my property and what if scenarios if I did not comply with their questioning. This suggestion also involved damaging my family and friends property. The Sheriff was contacted in two counties for their protection and as a precaution. Family, friends, neighbors have descriptions of these women in the event they attempt to assault individuals or damage property. I have metadata from another employee there that also requested the verbal abuse and foul language to stop. She too was ignored; yet, she has been there for 17 years. After my 4th request to stop the abuse, I was let go. I've been unemployed for 9 weeks and can't find work. I hate that I'm being punished for having been honest and respectful of my personal self and wanting not only to have a career, but to work with an organization with integrity.instead I was mocked, stalked, and humiliated. No one wanted to take the neither time nor patience to work with me in this new environment. I have a graduate degree and am willing to work and learn; however, that firm did not encourage a learning environment.
