D & F Builders, AKA, Palo Dias
D & F Builders AKA Palo Dias ripoff, did poor work, didn't show up all the time, kept asking for more money upfront! Do not use!

I hired D and F Buliders to frame a house for me, they didn't start until over one month late, the owner kept asking for large amonths of money upfront saposifly for materials but I watched him pay all his workers cash out of the money I had just given him, and let me say this was the ONLY day he had his full crew there to collect back pay that was owed to them! After giving them TWO large lump sums of $4,000.00 cash (had to be cash!?) they started not showing up. I then one week into the job had asked to see proof of his bussiness insurance, he tried to stall me for awhile, and finally he handed me an insurance paper that stated he had just opened the policy that day! He had lied and didn't have insurance the whole time! I called mr. Palo Dias and fired him, and he not only threatened me personally, but threatened to come to my property and break every window in my house and tear down any little bit of work they did do! I had to call the police on him and get a restraining order to protect my property. He's unperfessional, very getto or hoodie, and phyco. Plus it cost me another $10,000.00 to fix his mistakes, lost $8,000.00 on him he (even with the restraining order in effect) came to my property and took back any material that was not used yet, but I had paid for, and even took some work down before finally leaveing my property. I just wanted him gone! Do not hire him
