Took to much money out of my account

I ordered my check on line. I payed for 7-10 day shipping. On the tenth day I called to check on my order. They told me my order was in print. I would be refunded my shipping cost for my trouble. On the 14th day the checks came in the mail. I looked on my account. They took out the amount I otherized. On the next day they took out the shipping amout, which I didn't not have in my account. So they charged me twice for the shipping and I was charged a overdraft. When I called they informed me it would take a few weeks to investigate the matter. They now owe me the shipping they should have refunded me, the shipping amout they took out of my account, and the overdraft fee. $39.50 If they use my debit card unatherixed once I hate to think they could and would do it again.
