Ripoff shipping and billing unordered items

On apr. 20 i ordered a custom baseball cap from american musicial supply priced at $10.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. Total was $15.90. I payed with Mastercard bank debit card, gave them my number and they said it would ship immediately.

On Sat. Apr 23 I recieved a package-very large and heavy.
Inside it was a baseball cap and a very expensive keyboard-which i did NOT order. On next buissness day-i told them i did not order the item, they said no problem-just send it back, but i would have to pay for shipping and restocking fees.

I said i would not, since i never ordered the item to begin with. The keyboard could sit, until they agreed to pay shipping and other stocking fees etc, I NEVER ORDERED THE ITEM. I Noticed my card was charged the $15.90-nothing else.in other calls they have hung up on me in the middle of conversation and are generally rude. They never agreed to pay shipping and i did not hear anything for a while.

ON friday May 13, i recieved a call from my bank saying i was in overdraft $918.00. Somehow they mangaed to charge my card $918.00 without my knowledge or approval-i only had $18.00 in my account when this happened-now my bank has frozen my account and has penalties piling up and i am in a mess, with any checks for direct deposit being taken by the bank -i am in danger of being evicted this month because i will have no rent money, for an item i never ordered.

I never gave anyone at american musical supply any permission to charge my card other than the baseball cap. Also 3 days later the original cap i ordered came in another small box-different than the phony order they wrote me up for. I wound up with my cap i ordered plus another cap and keyboard I DID NOT ORDER.

My life is now being turned upside down as the overdraft fees are piling up daily on my frozen bank account.

Incidentally. I found it very strange that my bank -fifth third bank, would put something like this through-with only $18.00 in the account and the account has never had any more than $ 500.00 in it in the 4 years i've had it.
