Ookisa
Nothing Is Free, Read The Small Print

Miscellaneous

I saw a advertisement on the inter-net, that offered for 'free', a hair care product from a company called Ookisa; right here in Los Angeles. They asked for your credit card info, and stated that you would only be charged for the shipping cost of $6 or more. What a deal I thought, a tube of shampoo ($27.95), a tube of conditioner ($29.95), and a bottle of Renewing Serum ($62.95), for 'free', all I was charged was for the shipping, of $6. So I thought. Even the print-out, showed everything as being 'free', except for the shipping. Little did I know that, in the agree to terms, of the product; you were not getting any of these products for free! I admitt that I did not read the 'fine print'! After 30 days you would be charged the full amount for the product in the amount of $108.00! There is no big wording in the advertisement to say that you will have to pay for this product after 30 days. And the kicker is that they will continue to charge you this amout of money every 30 days! No further contact, no would you like to try something else... The same product will be shipped to you every 30 days. You can try to reach them by e-mail, which failed to go through, or by phone, which as of this reading I will try tomorrow (this is Sun.). I fill that this is a 'rip-off', in that all the advertisement says the product is free, just that you will be charged for shipping.in order to get your money back, you have to send them the produt back (even if you've used it all), they want the empty containers back! That I found in my case will not happen; as I gave this product to my girl-friend, and she used it all (even on her poodle), and threw the containers away. Hopefully I can get my money back? We will see tomorrow.in closing, do like I've always heard: 'read the fine print'! P.S.-My girl-friend said it is not even worth the amout of money they charge!
