Beware of Hammond & Hammond Management Inc, Real Estate Management Company! They will do whatever they can to keep your security deposit. When it comes time to refund your security deposit to you, they will go back to situations that they say occurred but never notified you of, never billed you, never asked you for $ but claim you owe them past late fees, fees for services performed where you live such as plumbing, normal maintenance, etc. And use that as a reason to hold back your $ from you.

Protect yourself and either use someone else or add verbiage to your lease that makes them present bills every month which would show if you owe them $ and use that when it is time to get your security deposit back.
