LG Corp Fraud, selling Energy Star LG high end refrigerators

In Jan I purchased a very high end Energy Star rated Kenmore Elite refrigerator from Sears. This fridge was made by LG Corp, model # 795-77562600. Sometime after that, I was notified that this refrigerator was not an Energy Star fridge at all, and that LG/Sears would send someone out to modify it to make it more energy efficient, and they would send me a check for $75, and then every year for the life of the fridge (14 years they determined), I would receive a check for the difference in what it was costing me to run, and what it supposed to cost me, based on their total lie of their self rated energy rating - since they were not actually an Energy Star appliance. I was very unhappy with this - I purposely always buy Energy Star appliances to help save money. I do not want non Energy Star appliances. This is fraud that they were selling these fridges as Energy Star appliances when they were not.
To top it off, this fridge has lots of problems, the drawer guide broke, a plastic piece on the door broke. The door seal is ripping. And since they modified it to be more energy efficient, the crisper drawers freeze our food. Out ice maker has broken, Sears has been out three times, charged me a bunch of money, and it still won't make ice. I am still currently trying to get the ice maker fixed.
If you Google this fridge, everyone else is having the same issues. This refrigerator cost $2,541, and is the biggest piece of junk I've ever seen, and it was fraud that they ever sold it to me in the first place.
I've contacted Sears many times about the Energy Star rating, and told them I wanted my money back. They told me they could give me 20% off a new fridge. So I just spent $2541, and they want me to come back and spend a bunch more money with them. They basically won't do anything. LG never even sent me the my $75. I recently contacted them again an complained about the fridge, the only thing they'll do is their one deal (modify the fridge, $75, and yearly check for $3-4 after that). I told them I didn't get the money, and they just sent me a check for $70.65. That was to cover the original $75, plus two years of the $3-4 fee. So it should have been more than $80 from what I was told. Cashing the check releases LG and Sears from any further action on my part.
Basically I want out of this. I'd like my money back ($2541 with taxes), and I will give this fridge back to Sears. I am greatly saddened that Sears doesn't want anything to do with the issues, they don't care that they sold a piece of junk LG refrigerator with a fraudulent Energy Star rating. I will never buy an LG appliance ever again. The Sears repair guy (or non repair guy in this case) told me all Kenmore appliances will soon be made by LG - that's very sad.
