Driver, Mr. Barrons, delivered important financial documents to the wrong address / did not recover them

The local Fort Worth, TX UPS Driver named Mr. Barrons not only delivered my important financial documents to the wrong address, but failed to recover the document because he could not remember where he delivered them.

I was contacted by a local UPS agent and was apologized to and told that Mr. Barrons would be back to deliver my documents within 10 minutes. I stood on my porch and watched the driver scurry in and out of his truck going to various homes to attempt to recover the document. About 30 minutes later, Mr. Barrons drove right by me staring out of his truck and did not have the common courtesy to at least apologize and let me know himself that he did not recover my documents.

I of course contacted the sender, as well as UPS to make a complaint, however I am not satisfied whatsoever.
