Received an official looking magazine renewal_ ticket for a random magazine subscription to:

BARRONS Magazine 52 issues 1 Yr (s) for the low prices of $299.00 and asking for the first installment by a certain date: May 16 in this case.installment due is $149.50.
The request to make Check or Money order payable to PBA is on the front.
