Lowes
GE MONEY harrassment

I hate to report I lost my job and had to file for chapter 7. My attorney notified all creditors of this 3 weeks ago and today the court approved it, yet GE Money with Lowes is the only one harassing me. They also finance the Sams and Wal-mart credit cards, which I had and they haven't so much as called. Either the communication with Lowes through GE is lousy ot someone can't read the notice sent by my attorney. Once Chapter 7 is filed, the crediorsd notified and it is approved by the court, it is against the law for bill "collector" to harass a debtor.
