Karen Hanover scammed me out of 30 thousand dollars. Gave 3 thirty minute fake property presentations that was muted so no one could ask questions. When I emailed her she said her obligations with me

I signed up with Karen Hanover as a 30 thousand dollar student. She promised she would get me into 2 commercial real estate deals and train me all the way through it. This transpired in June of at a Dallas Boot camp she held called Commercial Forclosure Goldrush. After signing up for this mentoring program I did not hear from her for a few weeks after she received my money. She then sent an email with my first property presentation. This webnar happened so quick and all her students were muted out so you could not ask any questions. She then proceeded with a property with no address and showed real quick glances of numbers and returns you would get if you wanted in the deal. It was absolutly immpossible to understand anything. After the presentation I emailed her to tell her that I wanted to learn more about the investment she proposed that I supposably paid to get into with my 30 thousand dollars, because this is a no money down deal. I never heard back about the property. This went on again just as stated above about a month later. I send another email to Karen. I want in this one then. She would not answer me back about the property. She then calls me after quit a few emails from me asking what is going on. I started to panic. I then started doing more due diligence as I should have to begin with... But she did descise herself really well through this huge bootcamp at Gilly's in Dallas and told everyone they need to act now! I was suckered. When Karen did finally respond to my questions she desided to call me personally and tell me how she is going to teach me all the things she promised and get me into my two property's as promised, but wanted me to ignor any negetive things about her and asked me to blog good things on her behalf. I was going to untill I started reading all the complaints about her and about all the other people that lost thousands of dollars from her. All the things they were saying were starting to feel like my situation with her. Karen does one more 30 minute property presentation and requested that everybody sign a contract. After reading over the contract I was getting really nerviouse because it had nothing that she stated live at the bootcamp in Dallas (which is recorded) So I waited a few day's and Karen still would not respond to any email inquiry's. So, I started sending emails asking her why she is not communicating with me. She emailed me back and told me that she had completed her obligations to me and good bye! I am still in shock! I just filed a complaint with the FTC and will be filing anywhere else till I am heard. I know there are hundreds of you out there going through this. I have been able to get in touch with a few other fastrackers that are going through this too. As God as my witness this is true statements and you can call me if you are questionable. Rebecca
