Karen Dienstag Rip Off Realtor -tobin Properties
SOUTH FLORIDA LIED, CHEATED and was RUDE and NASTY to deal with!

I had a family member pass away and was "referred" to a realtor who lived in the local community - Karen R. Dienstag who worked through Tobin Properties of South Florida.

Not knowing the area I trusted this referral and met with Karen to enlist her help in selling my families property.

Mistake!

First she agreed to list the property for 3% with no additional listing fees or charges. Then she changed to 3% PLUS what came to about an additional $2,500.00 in Fees. Which she claimed were fees for Tobin Properties who she works though.

She missed two appointments with people who wanted to view my property.
She had "words" with another agent who wanted to show my property - so he never showed it to his possible buyer! Got into a screaming match with my neighbor who questioned her when she was trying to enter the property. Spend half of our first appointment time together on the phone with her personal problems!
Once when I called her she was on the other line and asked me to hold on. Well the phone didnt' switch to the other line - she began screaming and yelling (thinking I was who ever was on the other line) about some money she was owed. The language she was using would have made a sailor blush!

When I told her that I was unhappy with her handling of my property she then turned on me! Screaming and yelling at me about nothing specific - just alot of swearing and repeating: "I've been a realtor for years, I'm a good realtor". At least that is what I could hear inbetween the curse words!

Beware of Karen R. Dienstag and Tobin Properties. They are unprofessional and will do you a disservice if you entrust them with your business!
