They started email me alarm billing statements so i called them and told them i already have an alarm service provider, the said we had signed up with there services months ago and they wanted payment to i asked them what was the name of the owner or the code number to the alarm system they had no info they said they would look into it, they never contacted me back and kept email billing me i called back and they said i need to cancel there services online i would need to log in to there website with a password but they could not give that to me. So i was stuck i told them if they can monitor my bussiness or if they were i would pay but they were no help this all started when i was being cheap and searching for an alarm service on line and i never got anywhere i got my alarm system from a local dealer which i pay yearly, now this so call alarmmoniotingservice.com aka cen com inc. Has sent me a letter from there attorney stateing they are gonna sue me for $1,919.12 when they were email me that i owed them $239.41 took about a total rip off company the govt needs to put them out of business! If you go to there website thay advertise $5.95 a month what a lie and a scam
