Scam Artists! - Hungry Piggy Bank

Shops, Products, Services

I bought a Hungry Piggy Bank from these people for my son and it did not work. I put brand new batteries in, tried feeding it different size coins - EVERYTHING. The sensor seemed to be defective. I wrote them back and they told me I have to send the item back and gave me tedious specific instructions to follow, which I did down to the last step. I was really upset to learn that I had to spend the extra money to ship their broken junk back to them. The worse part was that this was for my 2 year old son. I had to give him the bank and then take it back from him, which he was very upset and confused about. A week went by and no word from them, so I e-mailed and they said it takes 5-6 business days to process a return and that they would contact me when my item arrived. Another week went by and still no word from these scammers. So I emailed again and they said they never recieved my item! Yeah right! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN. It should be your first clue to never order from any company that makes you responsible for shipping back damaged goods. My son still asks me what happened to his piggy bank and when "the Man" is gonna fix it and give it back. Will not recommend or buy from them ever again!!!
