M & M R Investments LLC false lease of home, refusal to return security deposit, extreemly poor customer service

I entered into a lease agreement with this M & M Homes in March. The house was represented to me as a foreclosed home owned by Bank of America. I was told that Bank of America was leasing the home using this management company because the market was poor and they could not sell to recoup their money.

Anyhow, move in was hard. The house needed work and repairs and I had to make multiple calls to get things done. There is nothing professional about this company at all. The hardly speak english when you talk with them.

I had to make multiple calls to get a copy of my lease, and when I did it was faxed to me and most of the pages were not legible.

In Sept I answered my door and was told by a real estate agent from a reputable real estate company that the home I had been leasing was foreclosed upon. I was given the option to stay through the end of the lease (which was Oct), stay for 90 days or move out now. I luckily found a house I liked and moved out.

I called M & M Homes and explained about the knock on my door and was told that I would get a call from someone in "corporate". An Esther Mohammad called me back and told me the house was not foreclosed and she called the other company liars.

However, I researched and found the notice of foreclosure on the Collin County web site and the notice of where the house went up for auction. I called the district clerk's office and they confirmed the house sold at auction. When I called back Esther with this info she acted like everyone but her was lying. (Please!)

She is refusing to return my security deposit. Even after I have moved from the home, she no longer owns the home... She still is refusing to return my deposit. Through this process I have been hung up on at least 10 times either by Esther or someone in her Balch Springs office. I have not cussed or yelled, or spoke rudely at all to any of them. Yet I am being treated the worst way you can imagine.

Needless to say... I am sure this company is a racket and scam... Dont do business with them.
