These people first contact edme in January a my job. I almost got fired over these personal calls. I must admit that I was naive and fell for their scam because they would have kept calling and I was afraid to lose my job. They said I owed them $115 for some books I purchased. I asked them to provide me with a letter verifying that I owe this debt because I did not know if they were legitimate. I was told that they could not send me the letter because they had already sent it to me in the mail. I never received a letter from them. I told them that I filed bankruptcy the year before and all of my debts had been included. The gentleman I first talked to told me that it was not covered since they had not received any funds from the CH13 order.

I did remember ordering something about three years prior but I always paid the balance each time I purchased something. I talked to a few different people before one gentleman told me to go to www.takhurgroup.com to see the letter and I did. Without calling my lawyer first, I paid one payment online, two at the Bank of America acct#*6304. The last time I sent a money order for the remaining balance. The first three times, I called them to verify that I had made payment. I did not do that with the money order. My intention was to wait a week until they received it before contacting them. Then I forgot. That was six months ago. After six months, who would think to keep a receipt. Well they called me yesterday asking me to pay $65 more because they had received only two payments. The lady, Nicole left a message asking me to be an adult and contact them. That was degrading. I called them. She was rude and angry.

I felt like she was always trying to catch me in a lie until she wasn't listening to anything I said. She hung up on me. I called her back and she said we were disconnected. She hung up on me to additonal times. The fourth time I called, I asked to speak to her manager. When he, Dwight, came to the phone I asked to speak to his boss. He said there is no other boss but him. He was rude and was not willing to listen to anything I had to say. I asked him if he was the owner of the company and he said no. Well he hung up on me. I called Niocle back and said your boss hung up on me and she said he sure did. I asked to speak to him again. I told him that the company was creating fraud asking me to pay them an additional $65. I paid it but I refused to pay it again especially since I filed bankruptcy. He took my lawyers name and number. Today I contacted my lawyer and reported them. People I was dumb. Do not let these people manipulate and intimidate you as I did.
