Is a very unprofessional company. Customer Service is non-existent. Terrible company to deal with!

Ordered a gift basket for a customer, two were sent in error. The amount of the credit was less than $150.00 and we requested a credit.gifttree insisted it was not their error and they spend more than $150 in time and efforts trying to prove their point. The employees at Gifttree are unprofessional and unwilling to keep a customer that would have given them more than $15,500 per year in business. The worst part was they contacted our customer in order to retrive the gift basket. They not only
embarrassed us, but made bigger a fool of their company. Do not use them!!! They are terrible! I will find out who the owner is of this company and report the employees who did this. I have read other complaints on line for gifttree and I don't think the owner will be happy when he/she hears about this.
