Service scam

Me and my wife went to Russells Appliance in Broken Bow with 2 refrigerators. To see if they could be fixed. The owner had some guy look at them in the truck and told me they where both to expensive to fix. So we bought a new one for $549 and tax was $598.41. We took the second one with us cause it was not ours but a friends. We told our friend what was going on on our cell phone and he said to just throw it away. We went pass another store that had some old appliances on a trailer and asked if they were going to throw them away and if we could add this one to the trailer. The owner there asked what was wrong with it and we told him it was just icing over in the freezer and he said it worked fine that if it ices over in the freezer it is just a defrost problems. He took out a screw driver and took a part out of his store and fixed it right there for $35.00 even. He said that the other one could be fixed to so we wenbt back to get it and return the new one. The man at Russells Appliance said no we could not have our money back for the new refrigertor that it was against the law. It was still in the box and everything and he said to leave no we dont get no money back and walked into the back room. I followed him into the back room and my old refrigerator was being fixed by the man that said it was not fixabel. It was not until I said I would call the police he took back his new ice box and gave me my money back, I offered to pay for mine being fixed and when we went back there it was gone and the man working on it too. And Russell said he did not no that man and did not have his phone number. When we bought the new one he also said it was cheeper than anyone elses price at the other store it was only $480 for the same model ice box. Russells Appliance lies to us about the prices and stole our refrigerator do not go there to get nothing.
