SLP Childcare Desperately needs new management

I removed my child from SLP Childcare due to many factors...

First, the good: rubber matted flooring throughout all rooms and hallways are great for babies and toddlers who constantly fall, short walls allow for easy viewing of multiple rooms, online camera system allows for parents/family to watch their child (ren) in every room of the building and outside, outdoor area is quite large with very nice unique equipment, rooms and bathrooms are always clean, many nice toys and books in the classrooms, large flat screen tvs for movie time, Wii available for older children, inexpensive compared to other childcare centers, good location on Shore Drive

The bad: extremely high turnover rate of teachers does not allow your child to form a bond with anyone, teachers being hired are not of the highest quality, management (particularly the Director) is not easy to get along with - causing good teachers to quit and parents to remove their children from the center, nothing for older children to do other than tv and video games, no transportation for field trips/school pickup, only two changing tables in entire building - none in individual rooms, not enough cots for all children to nap - some are on mats, management doesn't seem to have an interest in educating the children - just basically babysitting them, only been open 5 months and still trying to work out "kinks", still operating off a temporary license with social services

This place has a TON of potential, if put in the right hands. [continued below]...
