Very unproffesional, Rip-Off

I placed a t-shirt order with this internet company on 9-7. The money was charged to my credit card and I have not recieved my order. I have done business with this company for two years without a problem untill last month an order was slow, But this time I've e-mailed and called there toll free number with no reply. Has anyone else had this problem with them? And if so how do you go about getting your money back? On the there About Us page they refference themself with Atlantic Sportswear Inc. I have read alot of bad reviews on them.
