Ordered shirt and didnt recieve it California

I ordered 2 shirts on this site in two separate orders. I got the first shirt within the week that I bought it. I ordered the second shirt a couple days later and it has still not been shipped. It has been 5 weeks now. I have tried to call the number and it doesn't even ring it just says "this mailbox does not exist. Goodbye." I e-mailed them about it a couple weeks after my order and I never received a reply. Then almost a month after I had placed the order and my credit card had been charged I e-mailed them again. This time they responded the same day stating they were looking it to it right now and were sorry for the inconvenience. That was a week ago and it still has not been shipped according to the website. I'm getting a little fed up and I can't figure out why they would send one shirt and not the one I order two or three days after.
