Fool me once, twice, three times... REALLY!? - baby clothes

I ordered a Hannah Banana dress for my daughter for a wedding 2 months away. I never got it. I called their number and got a machine, they never called me back. I emailed them and never got emails back. I joined their Facebook and started writing them there, and finally they got back to me. They gave me a credit. Not a refund... A credit. I used it on something else. It never came. I called and called and emailed... You know the drill. Finally they got back to me... It was on it's way. I got the wrong item. Another credit, not a refund. One last chance. Ordered a jacket, never got it, emailed them, they blamed it on the manufacturer. This time I was angry and they gave me a refund.

Never again, there are other places to get deals from, and Totsy doesn't even have nice stuff. Rarely they do but it's not worth it.
