Membership Cancel Problem - Watched Undressed By A/C Man

Back in Aug I was at Planet Beach Spa a A/C man watched me dry off after getting out of hydration machine he was on a ladder working on a vent and watching me. I told them to cancel my membership and my daughters membership even though we paid for a year membership. They called six months ago telling us we owed $600 because we did not put our cancel in writing. I told them again that I cancelled verbal on both and what had happened to me and they said they would take care of it. Yesterday my daughter got a call saying she owed them $300 cause she did not cancel in writing. I called them they cancelled mine and I did not put it in writing but they did not cancel hers even after they said they would take care of it twice. They should have never had people in there working on ladders with customers undressed. I feel they waived the written notice requirement by accepting it verbally twice to cancel, not only for me but also for my daughter's membership. If someone can help me resolve this matter please let me know. I feel like I'm being violated twice...
