Have received no payments since November

I have been providing Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) for this company for over 2 years. They have always been slow to pay but I have recived no payment since November. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Jacksonville. Will soon contact the Dept. Of Real Estate. They owe me $1950. I have complete documentation for all services provided as well as emails. Last contact they made regarding my claim was on August 5 and they told me my payment was being escalated!!!
